Where It All Started…
The original birthplace of Boys & Girls Outdoor Leadership Development, Seattle’s BOLD & GOLD program allows participants to take advantage of the natural wonders that fill the Pacific Northwest.
Our programs are in some of the most beautiful and natural places on the West Coast. Not only are these trips full of natural beauty, they’ll also inspire youth to be their most courageous and confident selves as they learn new skills, make lifelong friends, and challenge themselves to run toward adventure.
From the white sand beaches of the Olympic Coast to the rock walls of Mt. Erie, participants will return from their trip knowing that the confidence, strength, and friendships they’ve gained will help them meet any challenge that comes their way.

We offer sessions that meet a diversity of needs, interests, and goals. With more than 60 trips each summer, there are dates and activities to match their interest and schedule.
Easy to get to.
All trips start and end at the Cascade People’s Center in South Lake Union. Conveniently located in the heart of Seattle, parents and guardians get a chance to meet the instructors and other participants as they start their adventure.
