Develop your leadership style.
Every day is an opportunity to explore working with a group to navigate new places and adventures. Our extensive training focuses on delving into group management, diversity and inclusion, and facilitation to hone your skills. You’ll be developing tools and refining your own voice as a leader.
Work with amazing young people.
You’ll work with a group of youth from diverse backgrounds helping each one of them find their strengths, make great friends, and explore the outdoors. For many of them this will be when they fall in love with the outdoors – learning to camp and enjoy time spent in nature for the first time. You’ll be teaching youth how to set up a tent and how to lead your peers all in the same day!
