YMCA OF THE PINES IS OFFERING BOLD & GOLD TRIPS FOR THE SPRING, SUMMER & FALL OF 2024!
What makes our BOLD & GOLD programs so special?
Our canoeing and backpacking trips bring participants to some of the most beautiful and natural places in the northeast.
Young people, ages 11-17 are not only exposed to the natural beauty of these remarkable wilderness spaces, but they are also inspired to be their most courageous and confident selves as they learn new skills, make lifelong friends and challenge themselves to enthusiastically embrace adventure.
Through our trips, our participants return from their journey knowing that the skills, confidence, strength and friendships they’ve gained will help them meet any challenge that comes their way.
Easy to get to
YMCA of the Pines is centrally located between Philadelphia, New York, and Maryland/Delaware. Our 800-acre base camp is nestled on the edge of the Pine Barrens in South Jersey.
Explore the adventurous side of camp
We have been providing youth development opportunities since 1906. Our BOLD & GOLD trips build on this legacy and allow participants to go beyond the residential camp experience, stretching themselves and building deeper friendships in beautiful, natural settings.
